I arrived on time after 2 good flights and was whisked up to the mountains by the natl scout representative and friend and driver to the hotel in Matagalpa where half of us were staying. The other half at another hotel.

The van broke down in town, so we will stay another night for new years and meet with the 2 scout and aventura groups here.

Then on to volcano and Lyon for a short stay before returnng to Managua.

Internet cafe is 1 block from hotel.
